The hike starts from the Bains-Jaunes parking lot, a well-known spot among hikers, as it is the same starting point for the Soufrière ascent. From there, follow the Pas du Roy path towards Savane à Mulets. After about 800 meters of climbing with a 140-meter elevation gain, you will reach a junction with signs indicating different trails.

The entrance to the Ravine Blanche trail is not marked and can be difficult to spot. It is located on the right-hand side, directly across from the trail signage panel. Pay close attention to any signs of a previously used path.
